Joining MyOpinions

How do I join MyOpinions?

Joining MyOpinions is a very simple process. It should take you less than 15 minutes.

Step 1: Proceed to the Join page and fill out the form. Make sure you tick the boxes to agree to the Terms of Service and agree to receive email invitations to participate in surveys.

Step 2: You need to verify your email address and activate your membership. Check your inbox for a verification email and follow the instructions

Step 3: Complete your profile. If your profile is not up-to-date and complete you could miss out on some surveys.

Note: if you're under 18 years old you need to get your parent or guardian's consent. Make sure you complete the consent form during the sign up process. We’ll use this info to contact them and obtain their consent. If your parents don't receive the form you should:

• ask them to check their spam or junk mail
• print out a consent form and ask your parent/guardian to complete it and fax/mail it back to us
• submit an alternative email address for your parent/guardian

I did not receive the membership activation email. Can you send it again?

If you have completed step 1 of the joining process but have not yet received the activation email, try the following:

• Check your junk mail folder to see if the activation email was accidentally filtered by your junk mail filter. 99% of the time this is the reason why someone can't find their activation email.
  Note: to ensure that future emails from MyOpinions do not get sent to your junk mail folder, you should add MyOpinions to your safe list.
• If you cannot find the activation email in your junk mail folder, you can have a new one sent to you. Request a new activation email.
• If you still do not receive an activation email after requesting a new one, you should try signing up with a different email address.

Are my personal details safe?

Yes your details are very safe. MyOpinions adheres to a strict privacy statement. MyOpinions will never sell your personal details to a third party.
